Ok, so what is your suggestion? TO give an accurate answer we would need to know a little about your setup. White smoke when you start it up would have to be burnoff from some type of leak into the cylinders. Nothing else would be hot enough to generate smoke. Based on the color and smell of the smoke tells you what is leaking.

Thanks guys!!
Ok, the white smoke comes out every time when I start up the car, and it goes away while driving. However, no matter how long do I drive, the white smoke comes out everytime I restart my car.

What he said.
Valve stem seals sound worn out. Will most likely have to pull the head to pull the valves out and then replace the seals. Not a fun task.

The seals are really cheap, about $1.50-2.00 each. It will cost you about $200 labor to do if you let someone do it start to finish.
