If he can do it for 3Gs thats cheap. I've been looking and NuImage is the first I've seen for my 2.5TL. I've seen a 87 Legend with single turbo and it said it was about at least 6K installed. It was in Honda Tuning not long ago.

I cant see the pic of the car either. Email it to me at Memphisraines26@aol.com. thanks

kinda hard to believe its only 3g's when civic kits are around that price just for the kit. It would have to be a custom turbo kit cause no one makes a bolt on kit. to make that kind of whp the turbo alone would cost like 1500. Dont believe the hype

18 psi on stock internals?

Yeah right!!!
I know the 2.5L inline engine is strong engine but the internals will not last.

Wow....what gas octane did are you running at the tracks? Is this a everyday car?

Too bad they didn't make a 5spd for the 2.5TL.
They do have a 5spd for the Vigor with the same engine.
If the engine bay on the TL is the same as the Vigor, did you have to move the battery to allow room for the turbo and down pipe?

Got any more pictures?

no i meant has he done anything to beef up the tranny, there are several companies out there that do fully built *bulletproof* trannys for the j30's and j32's (is the 1st gen tl a c25?). dr. evil transmission is one place and velocity resource is another one.

btw, this is bryanz3.0cl

13's with that much boost on that turbo? pathetic.

TL = new vigor, so the engine bays should be at least similar enough for the engine/transmission to mount up the same.

i want to see a dyno

Well it is a full automatic car with stock tranny, still being tuned, and spinning through all gears.... not bad for just getting started on the project.

Need more pics of the car and setup. Plus tire and suspension setup used during testing.
