H&R Race spring rates?

Anyone know the spring rates for H&R Race springs for the 96-00 civic? i searched under "h&r rates" and came up with nada.

im sure if you used google you could produce a phone number, and they you could call them and find out.

people know the spring rates for the h&r sports. i figure i would try the race ones.
