H&R spring rates??

Anyone know what the spring rates are for the "race" and "sport" springs made by H&R?

96-00 civic. I think I may have found the answer in the archives but am not sure. I think they said 330f and 190r for the sports and 390 all the way around for the race. Can anyone verify this?
