Hey, I got a aftermarket intake real cheap. I learned my lesson. I know installation is simple, the tube clamps to the Throttle Body. However, its not a AEM. I got these 2 aluminum sticks. Can some genius tell me what they do, where I bolt em to?



It came with no screws either. I know I'd use a rubber bit for the vibration. Any thoughts?

The Aluminum strips are brackets you bend and bolt them to an area on the car and then put the other end under the clamp by the Air filter and tighten. Hope this helps. Jordan.

Hey, happen to have a pic of some sort? so the stick attached to the frame just holds the small stick up which is attached to the filter? Should I put in some kinda rubber somewhere?

 

Mount them to a hard point under the engine bay, no rubber needed
