If they did not come with them, then they probably don't need them, but you do need to make sure that it's fitting around the hub. Bolts do not hold the wheel in place. The hub does that. Bolts are to hold the wheel against the hub. If the wheel isn't hubcentric, you could get all sorts of problems.

As Warren stated, the wheel should be resting on the hub. So when you put the new wheels on, check to see if the wheels fit on the hub. If not, put the rings in and try again. The rings from your old wheels might not fit your new Rotas.

My Kosei hubcentrics wouldnt fit so I'm just going to leave them off I guess. I don't think its going to be a problem.

Even if it's a problem, it's a problem you'll probably not notice, why don't you spend a few bucks on the rings (they are like 1.50 a piece at Sears, bring the inner and outer diameter) and safe yourself the trouble of worrying

Yeah I'm going to pick some up tonite. Just got them all on. I'm as giddy as a schoolgirl, the slipstreams look so nice. But I love black wheels, I'll have pics in the apperance section tonite if anyone wants to check em out.

Thanks everyone!

You'll actually notice heavy vibration at high speeds if you have improper hubcentric config. Best to get the hub spacers before you put your wheels on.

Yeah I think I need to get some, I'm getting some slight shaking between 70-80mph with no rings.
