Im assuming one is for power steering? (which i dont have) 92 cx
And the other for the altenator?
By upgrading the pulleys...would i gain at least some noticeable power?
They do very little at best. Don't waste your money.
EDIT: I've noticed you made a lot of threads like this lately. For how much you're looking to spend on this trash you could get a decent N20 setup or do some internals/headwork.

He's right not going to see much of gain. Doubt you'll even notice it.
The only place I've seen pullies work is on a V8.

I'd have to agree. I have the AEM kit on my Y8, and it didn't do ****, IMO. I noticed SLIGHTLY SLIGHTLY better throttle response but nothing major. It's something I can add to my mod list, though.

someone had to say it.
u will only notice a gain if you have serious internal work done, even then... nothing to brag about IMO.

They're worth like 2hp if that. And you get to deal with everything going dim at idle since the alternator is spinning slower then its designed to.

Do you have firsthand experience with this? Because I have had the pulley kit on my car for almost two years without EVER experiencing this. My Honda battery is also about three or four years old, too. I only ask because a lot of things get thrown around where this or that might happen and then people tell that to other people because it's only what they've heard.

i have experience w/ this, but i have an underdrive crankpully on too... so, i put my stock alternator pully back on, still dims sometimes @ stop lights, rarely though.

diodes in the alternator are either bad or on their way out. Replace or rebuild your alternator.

was replaced w/ 99 ITR alternator from brian wong, i think i had 30k or so on it. my dimming could be due to my stereo though, even w/ a 1 farad cap. then again i'm not huge on bass, so its turned down all the time.

Yeah it only works on bigger displacement engines.
