nitrous is safe, only when used properly....I would not use more than a 50 shot on a stock motor, which probably will not get you into the 13s

what kind of engien do you have? Swap? Drag is right. n2o is saafe when used properly. Once installed take it to teh dyno and tune it right.

I think with the right tuning you could possibly run a 75 shot.

Sorry I had to flame you for this one, but cams don't affect the compression.

But, I would say a high compression b18c or ls-b20/vtec will get you there

NOS is good and dragIIcivic is right. if you decide to use over 60 shot of NOS you're gonna need a fuel pump, and if you want really feel the NOS please don't get a dry system, you won't feel it as much as the wet setup.
Oh yeah what motor do you have in the EG? one of my friend has a 92 white EG justlike yours with bone stock LSD GSR hit 14.0 so close to a high 13s.

the b16a with 80 shot you'll be good for the 13s. i know someone had a 94 hatch with a gsr and on top of that had a 100 shot direct port. he hit mid 12s. the gsr was bone stock...
have you ever thought about going prelude h22a motor in your hatch??? you'll be in the 13s no problem...
