but its a basic I/H/E setup with a VAFC2 and a custom fuel delivery system.

lol, no tires buddy. first and second gear are useless at the track. besides, 204 isnt good enough for me right now

Well Tom ran a 13.3 with "baby slick" and not so good 60 footers with only I/E at the time. So 204 "should" get you into high 12's with street tires. Hence the word SHOULD but you know there are too many variables that will affect that.
