Default K-series Header dyno results

Courtesy Hookups Import tek, Upland Ca

Comptech Tsx header (Blue) Vs. K20eg's Ver 1.0 4-1 header (RED)

The platform is a 93 honda civic Si ...with a K20a Type R engine transplant.
mods:
Apexi Vafc2
Aeromotive -6 FPR
modified Aem Type R Cai
2.25 inch generic exhaust piping with obx muffler
vehicle tested on 91 octane pump gas

Some last minute minor issues resulted in lower than expected Hp numbers due to a fractured knock sensor and a Secondary o2 light coming on and off due to a missing catalyst :/. We will be back next week for more testing and tuning.

The results so far are based off several dyno pulls. ..We netted 13 whp gains and over 18+ hp gains in the midrange and gains of 12 ft lbs tq.

i will be posting the air fuel graph jeff. bothe headers were tested under identical conditions k20's header leaned out the air fuel just a hair due to its superior collector design. everything about this header was awesome, it seemed to wake the car up in every rpm range... hookups import tek gives it a thumbs up

THe header looks great. Due to people taking ideas from other people and presenting them as their own, I think K20EG does not want to show off the header because that will give the copycat and idea how to go about it..

The guy copied the mounts, the harness etc... I don;t think K20EG wants to help him out with the header. Take out word.. It looks dope.

For someone who is really interested, i am sure he can show them what they are buying in the future.

Again, that is how I understand it.. He might feel otherwise.
