This is a super rare head casting of a B20 head. Want to make good nonvtec power? Ports are different than regular LS heads, chambers are already opened up to 84mm, and intake valves are 33mm (vtec size). This head out of the box will flow as well as most ported LS heads, and you port this thing and get custom valves like another h-t member (fastone beast LS motor) you can easily be destroying vtec setups because of its 33mm intake valves seats.













Included will be head, all valves, springs and retainers,and keepers, all sensors. No valve cover.

what year crv's can you find this head? and why is it so rare?

 

Bump for a rare peice of hardware and for the head that all B20's should have come with.

Teg92 you are a good man, but you make me sad man. I had a bunch of CRV JDM heads last year and I junk them all, but I still have a few in my shop. I will have to check them all and see if I am lucky. Good going man

 

I couldn't even tell you how many of these exist. Only 1 other person has actually seen this head. I've been to 3 different local JDM engine suppliers and went through all their stock of B20's and couldn't find another P8R. Spoke to Larry @ Endyn who apparantly goes through tonnes of stock B20's to buildup, also had never seen one...

 

good price too. I sold my head for $120 locally. ~$200ish isn't too bad considering its already deshrouded and has the oversize valves.

FYI, I just found a P8R head by pure accident. Mine says P8R-12, instead of P8R-8 like this one states. Mine has 97 casted as the year.
