i think i'm going to turn my situation into a "how to prosecute" someone post cause i know this crap happens alot.

well someone elses scam post inspired me to might as well throw up my situation too.

This guy scammed me out of $900 for a turbo kit he posted here on honda-tech, after 3 weeks of threats and such he finally sent 1/4 of the parts listed in the kit, including some rubber hoses that in no way could be used as intercooler piping.

Anyway his email is mrkellz915@yahoo.com, and for contact #'s all i have is his girlfriend Maureens at 915-373-9301 and it a working number and i've talked to her frequently but never to Ray.

I have reported him to Paypal (worthless) the IFCC, and Consumer Affairs and will be contacting my police department on monday to see what can be done, but of course i would rather settle this outside of court.

So if you guys have ANY info or know this guy...it would be so appreciated.
