Default Having Problems with vtec92civic aka Tyson Sanchez

Heres the deal : i ordered intercooler piping for vtec92civic back on Feb 22 2004. the price he quoted me for was $260 for 2.5 inch pipes, couplers and clamps. it sounded like a good deal so i went a head with the transaction. he said it should take a 1-1 1/2 week turnaround, that is cool wit me because some of the parts i needed to finish my turbo kit were in the mail.
Two weeks rolls by and im asking wheres my pipes, Tyson says his supplier had to leave town for a emrgency trip. He should be back in one week and then ship it out. i was lke okay, no biggie another week aint gonna kill me. so that week passed and i email him again and now he tells me he just got out of the hospital because his girl had a baby. i was like okay... but he asked for some more time becasue of the baby. so i relunctantly gave it to him.
Now its almost early April and he says his supplier already sent out my pipes but UPS "lost" alot of his orders and would have to remake my order. so i had enough and asked for my money back and he promised he would have a tracking # by APril 10th. so the 10th rolls around and i get a tracking #. whew. WRONG
I get the box and it looks like it got ran over and im like crap! i thought UPS just banged it up a lil which happens sometimes. then i open the box and there is like almost no packing then i inspect the pipes and notice that 2 sections are in the wrong size and the BOV flang is all chipped and dented. now i def want my money back. so i get the run around for a few more days. now i have to resort to this. i test fitted it and it was crap also. so here are the pics to prove it :

All i want is a refund because i have contracted someone with experience to finish the mess.

i guess we all can't be so perfect as you and pay attention to every detail on honda-tech. it's easy for you to say as you're not the one to get ripped off. i swear i have never seen you say anything helpfull, or positive.

i can't pay attention to all the details for you guys why would you trust someone to make prefabbed ic piping for a custom kit. not matter what .. its almost guarenteed it won't line up perfectly, and for as cheap as he was sellling it - there's gotta be a catch .

that is true, it cant line up perfectly but it can be pretty close, whenever i sell IC pipees im always sure to let them know SOME modification may be necessary, a lot of times i tell them just to do it themselves and its not that hard. but i guess a lot of people are scared to. i test fit the upper pipes and a lot of tims ill base my lower pipes off a drag kit i have layin around.

whenver a person asks for a charge pipe set up i try to base it off my car or my frineds cars. superduperEG ( goes by a diff name now. charlesinturbocharge) is runnin my IC pipe kit and intercooler with no probs. some modification was neccessary but nothing crazy just a lil trim in length really.

so it can be done. its just requres some modifyin sometimes.

and also lookin at the pics, no way in hell will ANY of the charge pipes i make fit like that. easily a 6 inch gap right there that shoudlnt be there,

You can easily fix that. Cut off 2-4" out of the pipe and connect the two peices with a coupler and 2 hose clamps.

i think correcting people on grammar is ridiculous anyways, we're here to talk cars not teach proper spelling. BTW how much do you charge for i/c piping, how long would it take to get to san jose from long beach?
