ok so i bought a tdo4 turbo from Tegsol1, he had some vouches and seemed like a good guy, i paid 90 shipped for it, it wasnt supposed to be the best turbo in the world....he said he would ship it the next day so i was satisfied, but didnt hear anything from him for a few days so i called the number he registered with paypal....he answered and said it was shipped a few days beforehand, so i said ok it should be here soon....then another week went by so i called again and spoke with his father (they seem to run R&J performance together).....his son was gone so he said he would have him call me, which he never did.....then i called with a private number and the kid answered, and told me he would check it out and call me back which he never did again.....i have looked around and found out this much about him......

i am going to file a complaint with his local police, im pretty sure i have enough info, if anyone knows anything else that may be helpful please let me know....i am sick of having to worry if you are going to get what you pay for.....its bullshit.....
