I just bought an integra dash thats complete w/airbag... doesnt include vents or other components... what else am I going to need to buy? Know anyone who does these dash conversions in jersey/philly? Like a shop... or person willing to get paid for it...

Looks like the dash is in great shape!

Have fun installing it! I've heard it's a real pain but worth it IMO!

 

I'm just gonna collect everything that I need to install it, and have someone who knows what they're doing install it with me...

problem being im not sure exactly what else I need... or who could install it with me

 

you need the whole climate control setup, and the whole wireing setup for the cluster and the cluster its self. if you do a search or check the FAQ's at the top, and i know you will find what your looking for

 

...gauge cluster, vents, climate control, dash wiring harness, the side mount brackets, the integra air box and heater core...to name a few things also get the integra center console and carpeting

 

look nice but then lots of work ahead!!!

i dont like anything about the integra except the engines and interior...

so i guess you're saying that anyone with an engine swap should just BUY the gsr or type r?

Im with him on this one, if i wanted a whole integra i would have gotten one. I like the outside of a civic with the interior and motor of a integra. Got a problem with it, go **** yourself.

 

does gsr engine,h22 etd etc make a civic "look" like an integra,prelude etcetc.???

wut i think we mean is that we dont like when people get stuff from lets say an integra to make the civic look like an integra.. but thats just me

i guess i better take off my gsr disc brake and suspension setup, ls booster with ls master cylinder, gsr fuel pump, gsr seats and center console.

Really i dont see what the big deal is. I'm with him on this one. Personally i like integra dash in a hatch if its done right. Beside i have a integra dash in mine too

i believe the vents and climate controls were differnt.....

you are gonna have to do some serious research for the climate contol stuff since civic is manuel and integra is electonic....

and i'm putting a b20 in.....

Let me know What parts your short I have 3 wrecked integras I can grab dash parts and sell cheap btw A civic with a integra dash is just a cool civic IMO rounds dash mates nice to Civic EG anyhow I like dash swap . I have a leather gsr teg interior in my hatch I drive to work coz I like civic style better everyone has there own taste if ya can do it why not btw it is a bitch to do just annoying more then anything else

are you sure integra was electric? i dont really know...

i thought 94-97 and 98up were diff...with the climatecontrol and vents and such fitting
