Integra Dash into EG
I've seen it done on many EG civics(coupe and hatch at least) and was wondering what needs to be done. Not just the basics. Details. What is needed, fitting, wiring issues, etc. Every one i've seen it done to looked amazing.
Thanks

From what I've heard its not easy....tight fitting and the wiring is the worst.
Try a search here.
Even go to the HT meet and see if anyone there has it done. February 22, @ noon @ Newcastle Park. It's just off I-405. https://honda-tech.com/zerothread?id=396829

Yah dude that swap is waaaay more trouble than it is worth! It is hard as hell to get everything set up right, like the wiring for example. You would be much better off to just not even try.

Like the dash that much??? Buy an Integra
You guys are harsh.
I have a friend that just recently wreck his ITR. I made an offer on his entire interior. I'm waiting or him to say yes or no (I @ least want the seats).
Yes some of us are harsh
I have nothing against the seats, I actually have 94 GSR seats in my 92 VX. I just hate to see the chop chop door panels it takes to have an Integra dash fit. It's not worth it and IMO the Civic dash looks fine. Just get the USDM/JDM audio console and armrest then call it a day!

If your fine w/ having a car like everyone elses, then keep your stock dash. The integra dash is not hard I can do fitment and wiring in about 3 hrs. The hard part is modifying door panels. see sig for pics.
The car looks good.
I don't care for the contrast between the JDM rear interior and the front leather though. Got any pics of the door open to show the door panels?

) but I will. Here are some pic's for you . . . enjoyJeramy
P.S.
I'll up-date the pic's soon. . . .
Both cars look great. Just crurious. What did you mean when you said you hadn't gotten to the door panels. I'm still curious as to what i need and what needs to be done. Pictures help alot but some directions would be endlessly apreciated. Thanks
I guess I'll help you out a bit. Ok, for the door panels, they either need to be cut to fit around the dash, as the dash sticks out farther than the civic one, or they can be heated and then closed on the dash, thus molding the panel around the shape of the dash (this has been done before by someone on here, and it didn't look too bad). Mine are currently cut, waiting to be re-vinyled. All you need to do is mark on the door panels where the cuts need to be made in order for the doors to close, then you can re-vinyl the panels. As far as the fitment of the dash, it isn't bad. There are gaps on the side (not noticable), and it sits a bit higher than a civic one. The wiring isn't that hard, but you need to know what you are doing and have both a civic harness, and an integra harness for everything to work. I'm still in the process of completing the wiring myself. It is some work, but IMO worth every ounce of it.

......or te a rope to it and drive it
jkn
Looks just like that, ITR cluster and all minus the steering wheel.... I would swap the seats for '94-97 too, but that's just me... Look at how the Teg dash lines up with the EG door panels... I dunno, I'm just hella picky about **** like that... Peace
heheh. if you save the pic it would say "noground."
Also I was just curious... Is there a reason why the valvecover ground is not connected??? hehehe Latez
