The "Del Sol VTEC" models WERE the DOHC VTECs.... The SOHC VTECs were what, the "Del Sol Si"? Del sol owners can correct me if i am wrong.

All del sol vtec came with the b16 engine and where named "Del Sol Vtec".The del sol with the sohc vtec engine were named "Si".
