I have a jdm t25 off of a sr20 (god damn I hate int. wastegates) and I was test fitting it on my hks mani, and I need to rotate the turbo just a litttle bit so it can clear the manifold. Well I loosen the 4 bolts on the exhaust side, and it wouldn't budge. I take out all of the bolts on the compressor side (even though there is none to hold it in...only bolts are for the wg bracket) and nothing. 3 out of the 4 bolts on the exhaust side are super loose...but one only comes out about half way before it seizes up The ******* turbo won't budge so I tried a rubber mallet, then moved on to a BFH but still no luck. This **** is really pissing me off and I'm about to go back to the hf mani or get a real mani and ext. wastegate. Piece of **** turbo

These turbo's (jdm t25) can be rotated right??

 

you may have to use a tad bit of heat to warm it up, then beat on it

 

yup, they are a bitch! wd40 did the trick on mine.
