just get plugs, you'll require, oil pressure and vtec solenoid Plugs/wire to be run + 02 senosor thats 4 wire.

Yes, if you use the Si engine harness, the swap will be plug and play. ALL 92 Civic's (your CX included) are prewired for VTEC on the cabin harness side so by using a VTEC engine harness, there will be no additional wiring for the VTEC solenoid or pressure switch. Using your stock engine harness is also an option but you will need to add the wiring for the VTEC solenoid, VTEC pressure switch and convert from a 1 wire to a 4 wire O2.

ok let me get this straight, if i use my si wiring harness it will all plug right up to the harness's that are at the strut towers on each side? and if i use the si wiring harness i will not have to convert my o2 sensor, and there is no additional wiring,

thank you for all your help on my first vtec swap, ive done a few ls swaps but no vtec swaps at all, once again thanks you all for everything
