I just put a little bit of dot3/4 fluid into my power steering resovior instead of the clutch one.....do i have to replace my ps fluid now or is it just dot 3/4 fluid as well??

 

NO! you better flush it! and make sure you you get honda genuine power steering fluid ONLY

 

what if i take my ps belt off, will this stop the fluid from circulating through the system??

i think so, not 100% sure..........but get rid of the brake fluid.....not good

 

yes i know... I'm going to change it out asap and will not drive my car at all if it is going to mess it up, I was just looking for a loophole so I can drive my car untill I can get some honda psf to use. Anyone else know anything about taking off the belt to stop fluid circulation??

 

taking off the PS belt will slow it from circulating, but not stop it, every time you turn the wheel, its still circulating it through.

dam make sure you drain it and flush it with new fluid.....what you did is called contamination! not good!
