Really easy....Once you start doing it this will make sense.
1. Pull the glass run channel (top edge of glass slides into it) down from just before the mirror to just before the top back corner

2. Pull the weather stripping that is on the top outside of the door back from just before the mirror to just before the top back corner.

3. Take the little screw, and hold the circular hole, on the bracket w/ two holes, beneath the counter sunk holes in the top of the door( near the mirror and the top back corner. The part of the bracket w/ the oblong hole will go out from the door and down.

4. Take the 3 remaining of the remaining brackets, they have one hole and are all the same, and place them in the metal groove that you pulled the glass run channel and top weather stripping from(spaced evenly between the two screw in brackets), so that the hole is out away from the door.

5. Put the glass run channel back in so it will hold the three non-screw brackets.

6. Put the visor up and move the three non-screw brackets so that the holes in th bracket line up with the holes in the visor.

7. When all the brackets line up with all the holes, you can push the glass run channel back in on top of the brackets. Use a flat head screwdriver if you need to. Make sure that it is very smooth and consistent along the edge of the door. It should not bump up or out or it is not in correctly.

8. Push the top outside weather stripping back in, making sure it is installed correctly. Use a screw driver when you need it.

9. Insert the tab on the front of the visor in the front vertical glass run channel.

10. Use a screw driver to pull the rear vertical glass run channel away from the verical plastic trim on the outside of the door, so you can wedge in the bracket that extends from the visor. Slide the bracket edge under the vertical plastic trim on the outside of the door and push the vertical glass run channel back in.

11. Take the plastic rivets and push them through the visor and into the 3 non-screw brackets. The back of the rivet expands when you push the pin in and holds the visor to the bracket.

12. Take the plastic washers and hold them below the oblong holes on the screw in brackets. Push the plastic rivet through the visor, bracket, and then the washer. You need the washer to hold the rivet since the oblong hole will not secure the rivet.

13. Make sure all the weather stripping is push back correctly and there are no bulges/bumps or gaps. It should look perfectly stock w/ a bracket coming out between the stripping.

check this link http://www.cheaphondaparts.com...9.pdf its not exact but it may help you visualize this a little bit. Good Luck

This is more info I found on search:

if you got the real japanese ones. you have to pull off the rubber peice/weather stripping around the door. and the metal clips on the window visors fit right into the door itself and pop/squeez back the weather stripping back into place. everything should fit perfectly

Honda Door visors use little brakets that sandwich in between the run channel and the door frame. There is no interfence with the window with the Honda ones. This is simply a better way to mount them, but it is trickier to install

1. start off by attaching the screw ones. they go on the top by the pillar, and one close to the rear view mirror.you have to pull back the rubber on both the side and the top. there are already holes for the screws. put the bracket underneath the window sil and screw it in from the top. i guess you are supposed to use the washers for the screw bracket but i didnt, ill get to that in a minute.
2.hold the visors up to the window so you can see where you will need to place the other clips. you will need to remove that **** thing that is on towards the front middle, that is where one of the brackets will need to be located. you can get an idea of how the brackets go in when you take it out.
3. push the rubber stripping back in. i had to use a flat head screw driver to push the little rubber lip in all the way. when i pushed it all back in it didnt look as smooth or clean as it did before i installed the visors but just make sure everything is back in and it wont matterwhat it looks like b/c it willbe covered.
4. clip in the visors at each end. one goes in underneath the mirror, the other goes underneath the pillar. i had to unscrew it slightly to make it easier to slip the clip under neath. make sure all the brackets get aligned with the holes. if they are off i took a screw driver and wedged it in the rubber stripping and moved it over to where it needed to be.
5. the last step: put in the gromets. the gromets are pretty much self explanitory. if you have ever taken off your bumper, they are the same ones that are on the grill (96-00 civics, not sure about 92-95) only they are hella small so dont drop them. so put them in all the brackets with the circle holes. the brackets with the oblong holes is where i used the washers. i first used the washer where i was told to, (on the brackets that screw in) but when i tried to put the gromets in the oblong holes it wouldnt stay in so i took the washer and put it underneath the clip (or on the inside if you will) and then put in the gromets and you are done!
6. take some windex or any cleaning solution of your choice and give them a rub down b/c by now you have hella fingerprints on it.
6.2 take it for a drive and feel the JDM wind blocking action

take your rubber window seal off and you'll notice that the clips sit in the groove in a certain way. the two clips at the end will screw in with the provided screws. once you get the brackets in, put your rubber seal back on and place the visor on by lining up the brackets with the holes on your visor. it's probably best to measure the distance of the holes before you put your rubber seal back on. the seal prevents the brackets from freely sliding back and forth..so measure first!...
then use the supplied plastic rivets to hold the visor down

It's not that bad. If I can do it, you can do it. Just don't drop and of the screws or rivets.
