Mugen twin loop style muffler
Does anyone know about the Mugen twin loop "style" mufflers on ebay? They are selling for around 80 bucks after shipping, but i was wondering how they sound. I have a magnaflow on my nissan and no cat and it's loud as hell. I want a better tone and sound. Any help? Oh yeah the car i'm lookin to put the twin loop on is a 94 ls soon to be turbo'd.

These are copies of the mugen twin loop. A friend of mine has it and I love it. it is very quiet and has a deep tone. I would have gotten this if i hadn't already invested in my thermal R&D catback exhaust.

i bid on one, so if i win it i could tell you when i get it put on. It probably would take a while though. If you are going turbo though you should get a muffler with bigger piping. The ones on ebay are 2.25". You should get at least 2.5

Thanks, yes do let me know, and I kinda thought that on the piping size. I guess I should probably look for a bigger inlet.

Ah, haven't seen those on ebay OR on the OBX (ssautochrome) website for a while. I was thinking mugen clamped down on the copyright infringment, or whatever, but with mugen's recent fiscal woes, I guess it's "game on"...

I ran one of these one my jrsc integra and still hit very good power numbers. The only problem is that like all knock-off ****, it doesn't last very long. Still, I got almost 2 years out of it, and then sold the axleback for $100.
Awesome setup if you don't mind running OBX/Ractive/APC crap.

very good sound.
Not much louder than stock at idle (much deeper though), and about as loud as the Apexi WS at WOT (nice and deep).
