Just got finished bolting everything up on a y8 swap in an 89 hatchback. Converted to OBD1 by adding wires/modifying stock harness, and rewired for obd1 plugs. When i turn the key the ebrake light and the seatbelt light come on on the dash but none of the others and when i try to start it i hear one CLICK. Im checking over my grounds right now any suggestions on what to check next. Thanks.

grounds seem ok. tried running power directly to ecu no change. could it be my ecu is bad?
