motor mount looks broken

My drivers side motor mount looks like the rubber insert has popped out. Here is a picture:

Should i replace it? Would it be hard to replace it myself? Which one should I get for a B16 in EG?

I think it's just a dust cover.

Exactly! You would know from driving if it was broken.
