what are the recommendations. i have a drag gen 3 kit from my previous car a 00 civic si. i would like to throw this kit into my 95 integra ls. also i have a gsr trans too. i was thinking of putting the turbo and gsr trans in the car. what do you guys think. or should i leave the ls trans in.

 

i would put in the gsr tranny, shorty gears, better acceleration.
you might hear that ls is better cause youre in boost longer and all that other mess, but if you wanna hear from personal experience, ask Direp.

He had an ls tranny, switched over to gsr tranny and some other parts he switched out, and ran high 12's.

 

i ve had both the gsr is way better if you have a gsr motor with an ls motor im not sure. if its a daily driver take your gsr and put an ls fifth gear in it so you arent beeting the **** out of your lower end just to go 75 mph

 

When we do my turbo install i will be swapping to a gsr tranny (Direp's) I really wanted to run ls tranny for a while go to track and then swap and see the edifference. But we figured might as well do it while everything is out and we are motivated to work!!!
