sell the car and buy the same model, but in a manual.
Then swap.

Have you looked into the auto 2 manual swap? how much is it gonna cost u, I'm in the same boat as you are. I have done alot of shopping around for the conversion and the best I could find was $150 for the complete auto to manual swap. But, I recently heard from some people that a auto 2 manual swap was going to cost me about $600. So for that amount of money I dont think its worth it. also on the swap I found a website that sells complete b16 swaps for about $1500(flashoptions.com). does anyone have any info on these people? If he does decide to go for the swap instead of the sohc turbo setup. what else does he need to purchase other than the swap???

swap
I did a 5 speed conversion with turbo semi built engine, in the end 3 years later im not satisfied, but its alright you still goin to get smoked by v8's though. You lookin at under 200whp at the safer side of boost levels.

well.....i heard that the conversion will cost around 600 also but the most cheapest way to do it is going to your local junkyard and finding most of the parts there but im just undecided cuz the swap would cost extra cuz of the conversion but i also think if im gonna swap trannys i might as well swap the motor......what would be the difference if i boost while im auto compared to if iwas manual? plus does anyone have a single cam turbo setup for sale?

Im sure that when you swap the conversion is just as easy, go get all the pedal assembly and all that from junkyard, its quite an easy conversion

i am in the same position as you . i have a 94 lx and after deciding i am going to do an ex swap with turbo. for the money you arent going to get very fast with a swap. i am pretty sure at the end i will probably end up spending more that i expected but i will have a bit more torque
