The Field's might not be able to lean it out enough. Isn't the maximum only like -30%?

You've got the "gist" of it. But you'll need to go to -40% at least, unless you want to run wayyy rich. Try a search of the AFC hack. There is a ton of information on it.

Just get a GM 3bar MAP sensor (from an 88 v6/v8 trans am???) and that alone should trim out about 40% fuel. SO, you can just use the Fields to either take some out or add where needed.

Or do as i'm doing
Run smaller injectors (310cc in my case) and a fmu so they act larger only under boost. then use the sfc to lean it out where needed.....viola
Works good for me, I'm leaning out between 5% - 15% depending on the rpm and boost level...oh and btw i'm using a 4:1 fmu so my fuel pressure never exceeds 80psi, within reason to me.

Cool. I was wondering because we tried to make a FMU setup work once without CV's or a missing link and we just couldn't get it right. I thought you might have figured out a way.
