Default Where can I get a decent High Flow Cat?

I've already done a search so don't get all upset for me asking. I'm getting a JDM DC Sports 4-1. I know the ground clearance sucks, but I'm not going to lower the car so who cares? Since the collector on the header is 2.5", I figured I'd buy a highflow cat to make the installation easier. (I'm doing it myself) I'm also keeping the stock exhaust... so where can I find a cat that will do the trick? Thanks in advance!

http://www.ipsracing.com can get you a carsound cat and http://www.aj-racing.com can hook you up with a T1R resonated test pipe.

Try a Dynomax catalytic converter. Too many stories of bad Carsound catalytic converters.

Thanks for the help guys. 97jrscgsr... Are you still running the stock exhaust? If not, what kind of exhaust are you using?

I ran the same Cat when I had a JDM 4-1. Never broke and is on another car now.

That it is and they custom make the length just like IPS and SMSP. They used the 54006 models that are round not oval and seem to be less prone to break for me. It isn't known to flow quite as well but the difference is minimal and the fact it is stronger gave me peace of mine.

Cost and flow last time I discussed this with David. I might be misrepresenting his motives so someone shoudl PM him and ask him to reply here. The 94xxx models are the ones that have seen the greatest failure rate but are also the most commonly used. The typical reson to use the 54xx vs the 94xxx was length as the 54xxx is shorter and fits on a 94-99 GSR better. You can easily use it on an R or SI or other model integra since it just requires longer tubing but for some reason isn't commonly done.
