Are B18C1 ARP Head Studs okay to use on a B16A block?
I've done a couple searches and found someone who said it's okay to use a longer stud if need be(B16 7.1", GSR 7.2"). I can get a set of used Studs for 60.00 or wait and buy new ones for 100.00+. What do you guys recommend?

i'd recommend new if you can swing it... head bolts aren't something you want to mess with.
40 bucks, or kicking yourself in the *** later... ya know?
but yes, you use the gsr bolts on the b16 no problem

Re: (BlownEJ6)
Not always. If you have a milled head and resurfaced deck you may never be able to tighten down the bolts. You may be able to torque the b18 but they won't be fully tightened down.
