yeah that bolt is a real bitch.
take the starter off and jam a big *** chisel in there.
then take your breaker bar and put a piece of pipe and wedge it against the ground with the car in the air. lower the car so itll loosen the bolt.
also your gonna fuckup sockets if your not using 1/2 impact sockets. good luck
o another trick u can use to jam the motor is put nylong rope it in the cylinder from the spark plug hole, old v8 trick.

This is a giant bitch, i had to take this off once. What you need to do is get a new socket, of a good good brand, i think i used snap-on or something. Then what you need is a HUGE breaker bar, and i basically had to jump on the *****, no joke, to get it off. You may try heating it up, or using some sorta lube, but man this is a bitch, good luck! Not even an impact worked for me.
IR2131 impact gun. A 250 lb/ft gun isnt' going to cut it.
You can also take off the flywheel inspection plate and bolt the flywheel to the bell housing. I have heard of that breaking the bell housing, but its very unusual.

Either the screwdriver in the flywheel,
Or
a home-made pulley holder....

and the proper tools....
and *The Secret Weapon"....
Will do it every time.

i have done many of these, i was using what we call the "top gun" it is a big *** impact hammer gun. i finially bought the morroso honda/acura crank pully tool, works great. i highly recomend buying one. no power tools needed, just put this baby on and it will hold the crank from turning and you put your socket thruogh the hole and use a breaker bar and presto, its off.
