Default O2 sensor Oxygen Sensor Help

First i have a 93 civic cx with a 95 obd 1 ls swap

using the cx harness and the ls ecu, how can I hook up this 4 wire O2 sensor from the ecu pinout or the plugs on the engine bay?

green power
white signal
2 blacks ground

anyone know the exact cure for this, 2 shops were helpless, i need to get rid of my CEL before I boost.

or should i just get an egt an ignore the CEL?

Thanks for any help.

okay normally everyone would go search then make fun of you but here you go

pinouts

d22=green wire
d14=white wire
a25=black
a6=black

it doesn't matter which black wire goes where it just the heater part for the o2 i just did this yesterday.

You guys had to wire stuff? My 93 CX had no problems with the B18B1. It plugged up, runs like it's meant to be there. No codes, no nothing.

41 is Primary Heated O2 sensor heater circuit.

I've heard most people get it after not shielding the wires when working on the harness, which might be why I have it too.
