I've seen several tuned cars running 20-22, but not sure about anything higher than that, and they definitely weren't running that all the time.

its not so much a matter of boost but cylinder pressure (which equals HP ultimately)

Cheesefrog's sleeves gave out at an estimate 575whp with 27psi and nitrous running hondata.

You'll be more than fine with stock sleeves.

I dont think boost has much to do with it.. we have been running 20 psi on Shami's stock block guarded LS engine for over a year now.. Cheezefrogs engine blew while running 28psi and a 75 shot. we ran 24 psi on the block for the month prior to the breaking we were making about 575whp with the nitrous before the engine sleeve cracked. That was also with a very aggressive timing map. We will be running 27-29psi on the new stock sleeve block but without the nitrous.

Hybrid901's been running 19 PSI daily on his car for jeez, a pretty long time, like over a year. Made 374 at the wheels <about 435 ish crank hp> and he BEATS on it every day. Never a sleeve issues.

Again, Hybrid901 is one guy to look to. He's run 20psi+ from a HiFi 60-1 on a non-sleeved block and a Hondata. He made 390whp at 18 or 19psi.

ok So if I did Forged Pistons,Rods, Head Gasket, Head Studs and Block Guard? yes or no I should be fine with 15psi daily tuned? and what CR pistons would be good for 15psi if that was the max I was gonna bring it too?

Like posted before I made 374whp@ 19psi and never ran less than 16psi. All this on pump gas driven everyday. I put 36,000 miles on it before I changes out the 60-1 hifi to a sc61 and spun a rod bearing 160 miles later.

if you want it to last with good tuning the most you can run is about 16 to 18 psi. if you dont care about it lasting long and then want to rebuild it the next month or the next week then run what ever you want.
