sleeves keep cracking

sleeves keep cracking
my friend has a b18c1 in his 93 hatch with je 9:1 pistons bored 20 over and stock everything else with tuned hondata 2b and running 15psi. He cracked the sleeves twice already and was wondering why its happening?

hmm, i wonder ..........15psi and .20 over. Those walls are kinda thin for 15 psi.

Re-sleeved blocks can handle this though, correct??? I have dartons with a 25 overbore and will run 18psi with the hondata 4b fully built EVERYTHING as well as 720cc's, will i have sleeve cracking problems as well?
