I have a stock block 20 over. je 9:8.1, eagle rods, crower valvetrain, golden eagle block guard. I run 550cc with apexi power FC, I push 18-20 psi daliy. made over 400hp at the wheels. Tuning is the key!!!
old setup: stock b16 motor, golden eagle blockgaurd, 550cc injectors, Zdyne, turbo kit.
ran 17lbs all night long. ringlands broke before anything else
get a blockgaurd if you are sticking with stock sleeves

that was a b18c1 with stock sleeves running 19psi running the hatch into low 11's
like stated before tuning is the key, with the near perfect 1.74 R/S ratio and proper A/F tuning then you should be able to boost 19psi without a problem.
i personally have srp 9:1, eagle rods, and a blockguard on a b16 and looking to push near 20psi at the track. i would be more worried about running max duty on your injectors before anything on a good tune

thee thing is there is no standard saying you can run x amount of boost with y pistons. just the air temp or elevation differences can change the whole tune enough to blow a motor. and with parts from honda they are never the same, thus why the have the whole color system with the bearings.
well jinxproof prolly ur stock sleeves stronger than any other stock sleeves
