Default Any suggestions before I tear down the engine! :trying to find problem:

I'll make this as short as possible. My car was running perfect for 3 months on the hack. I had a manifold exhaust leak so I took my manifold off and resanded the flange. After I put everything back together the car sounds like it is running on 3 cylinders. It isn't even drivable.
I've checked:
-Turned the car completely back to N/A (injectors, computer, btm...etc...)
-Harness and all sensor wires
-Replaced map, iac...etc...
-Replaced plugs, wires and tried 2 distributers
-Checked all electrical connections that may have been effected
-Compresson test yeilded 145-155 across the board

Any other suggestions before I start ripping her apart?

You checked all electrical connections that may have been effected
but I think you might've disturbed the connection to the O2 sensor.
Just a guess.. I dunno
Got a helms for your car? Check the engine ground points.

Try to determine the problem by keeping some variables constant. Change one or two things at a time, and if they dont work then take them off....do u know what i mean?

You said you did a compression test, did you do a leakdown test?

When you tried two different distributors, did you try new ones? Did you look at the cap and rotor? Did you check the resistance of the wires?

sounds like you have some plugs mixed up or not plugged at all. There are a few that are interchangable. The TPS IAC and the MAP come to mind as being the easiest to interchange.

well if u think u are running on 3 cylinders try removing the plugs 1 at a time unless the vibration stops... now u know what cylinder isnt firing. then u can go from there.

As it turns out the timing belt tensioner clip came off the block and put everything out of wack. Doesn't seem to be any bent valves or anything. Its still idles a bit rough and then smooths out for a sec and then goes back to idling a little rough...etc...

I also noticed that when setting the timing I lost the light when the idle smoothed out and then the light comes back when it goes back to idling a little rough. Seems kinda wierd.
