AEM cam gears
I put some on a few months ago. Although I never made it to a dyno, we did tune them on the track and made a noticable difference.
But on the back side of them, there is a groove where a carter pin goes in and thats what messed up on mine. One night I accidentally went to 2nd instead of 4th while racing and that groove bent up and let timing slip and ended up bending some valves and basically ruining my week.

I had AEM's on one of my old motor, no probs except the allen heads started to strip. They have been rumored to slip so I would recommend another brand, not to mention their fuel rails that leak, bypass valve that was recalled and cold air intake that rubs a whole in dc2's.

the 3 bolt pattern on the aem cam gears arent too reliable. I've heard stories of the cam gears slipping, and basically f*ckin up some one's car. I got skunk2's....i've had no problems, they dont shift at all or anything
I have them. THe new ones don't have allen bolts anymore, they upgraded to regular bolts. Just be sure to torque them to spec and use loctite as directed after you tune them and you won't have them slip.
