Default Bulb problems?!

I bought a set of Nokya 80W bulbs and when I put them in my fuse blew and the wire connected to the bulb burnt off...any reason why this happened...also my car is a 95 Hb Dx and they were being put in a pair of denji projectors. Is the wiring to weak for these bulbs...that was a waste of $45...any suggestions..??
here's some pics of what happened:

from the pic it looks like the wire isnt burnt, but the fuse blew cause the + touched ground from the looks of it.

its prolly cuz the bulb is drawing too much electricity thru the wires. same thing happened with my headlight bulbs when i put in my fake hid conversion. i just replaced fuse with a slightly bigger amp fuse. i know this isn't safe but oh well.
