4th gen JDM headlight question...how do you aim the lights?
i noticed on my usdm lights that there is a vertical adjustment...with the jdm's they don't have that adjustment screw...is there any way to aim them?
There are two dials on each light you need a small screwdriver or something to turn them. THey aim the wrong way so you can only adjust them so much...
can we access those screws with the jdm's on the car..or do we have to have it off to adjust them?
so where exactly are these screws? i found these 2 thing behind the headlight, one of them if i push in, make the aim go up then down. but it doesnt look like i can screw it. any help will be appreciate, as my right light beam is a bit lower than my left one. thx.
it's a gear looking thing you can see two of them looking straight down. You have to stick a phillips skrewdriver in there and turn one **** does up down the other does left-right. Unless your a big-baller and spent the money on brand new ones they probably won't work very well. On mine, one side works great the otherside doesn't work at all goodluck!

well, no go. i dont see anything that i can screw, i just tap on that gear thing, and the beam of light just goes up and back down to it's original path. there is nothing there to screw, or adjust. I'm pretty sure i found the 2 things that im supposed to be using to adjust it, but as i said before, nothing to screw or set.
They'll have glare no matter what since they have a spike on the left to light up the road signs in Japan.
I hammered some rod into a short piece of broom handle and used that to adjust, worked like a CHARM.

You cant find the dial?
Just pop your hood and look down and on the back side there are little dials about the size of a quarter. They almost look like the tops on a beer bottle.
