Oh well....I hope that's just character marks and won't affect how it runs.

As far as I can tell NO sensors at all are broken, everything's there.....gonna go replace the clutch/flywheel

sounds good dude...my motor was super clean when i got it from them...only thing that was dirty was the valve cover....as long as the inside is clean is what matters..hehe..anyways good luck on ur swap....u got all ur parts??? when u gonna start on it??? keep us posted

 

We special ordered an H22 from him as well. It also came with some acid marks. The car it came from was hit in the front and the battery exploded. No biggie. Thing runs good! Good luck with your install, cosmetic appearance isnt that important.

 

I got my 1st gen b16 and it had some corrosion on it. But once I clenaed it up and swapped it in it was great. Ran and still runs like a champ.

 

I found a authentic JDM roach in my motor :D That sucker was huge! hehehe

 

Just took off the exhaust manifold...

Jeez there's a ton of exhaust build up. Eh. oh well...still trying to get the dang tranny apart from the engine. Kinda hard when it's sitting on the ground. haha.

you are worrying alot Jon.....just replace what needs to be replaced, cleaned what needs to be cleaned, and you'll be fine.

 

mine came with super happy JDM slimey slugs.
