i was jus wondering if there was a way to get a lil bit more displacement out of the combustion chamber w/o heavy internal mods

No. Displacement is determined by bore and stroke. So at minimum you will need more bore(larger piston, resleeving and boreing, head work) or more stroke(new crank, rods and pistons).

You could get a thicker head gasket which would SLIGHTLY increase the size of the combustion chamber. this is really only useful if your trying to drop your compression ration by a little bit or something. It should give you more displacement (read barely any), but you would also lower your compression and risk getting hotspots in the gasket. so basically what what he said.... no

No replacement for displacement (cept forced induction), but yea as the man said bigger bore/pistons etc.... not easy or cheap job no matter what.

The head gasket will not increase displacement. Displacement is determined solely by bore and stroke. You can have a 1 inch head gasket and the displacement will be the same. Now if you get into block plating and bigger stroke on the crank that is a different story.
