Default JDM B18C-R swap into my Delslow

I am interested in a 98' - 00' JDM B18C/R complete change over which includes the 200Hp 11.1Compression and the 4.785 FD for my 94' Delsol Si. I was wondering what "extras" I will need to complete this swap? Can I use the P73 ECU or do I need to get mine chipped? I know I will need a Delsol VTEC shift linkage. Should I get a Delsol VTEC radiator and hoses? Also can I use the motor mounts that are shipped with the engine or can I use the originals? If there is anything else I need, please let me know. Thanks

As long as the 94 del slow has the same mounts as a 92-95 civic then you should be ok with the mounts that come on the motor. You can use the P73 computer that comes with the swap or use a chipped P28. The stock radiator should be just fine. I'm running a 98 JDM B18C - R in a 99 DX and the stock radiator cools it fine. You may need to get a jumper harness to plug your stock harness into the 98 computer. Contact Kenji on this board and he will hook you up with what you need to make it plug and play.

Another thing i had to get was the washer and bolt that holds the shift linkage to the tranny. It is 5 bucks from honda, and if you don't get it your linkage will fall off the tranny. Like mine did a few times until the part came in.

Good luck.

You will have to convert it to OBD1, which will be annoying with the wiring, but there is lots of info online. The mounts that come with the motor will be fine. If you want to keep your A/C, you will need a delSol VTEC A/C mount. Make sure to order both linkages for the shifter (upper and lower). I tried to find these used, but its a major PITA, so just go new.
