Sorry man don't know what to say. I'd take it up with the shipping company and hope the person whomever shipped it bought enough insurance.
Ok well that's the shipper's fault, not FedEx's. Complain to the shipper.
If he does nothing, make a trip to the mirror store.

Well.. most shipping companies will not ship anything unless it is properly packaged (insurance reasons)... that's what I was told at the post office and at a mail stop at least...

Why would it be the shipper's fault? I'm just trying to see it from all the angles.
I know of a we-todd-did way to fix it. Take it to a autoglass place and they will cut a mirror in the exact shape and glue it on top of that mirror. But I bet you don't want to do it this way. See if you can take it apart, if you can, then you can take the old mirror out and put a new one in.
Not FedEx's fault. Sorry.
Sorry to hear about what happened
they were packaged by monkeys .
He said "never been touched" wrong!
take it up with fedex..make them pay for the price of the item, and the shipping..
how is it the shippers fault? he packaged it with that bubbly ****?

The shipper already lied about them not being touched and I wouldn't be surprised if they were broke before hand and he packed em that way to have an "excuse". I doubt he'll pay and fedex shouldn't either but you could scam them I guess if he got enough insurance on them.
I'd just take the two pieces to a glass/mirror shop and get a new piece made. The pass side isn't concave on those like it's supposed to be in the US anyways is it? And isn't the drivers side concave where it should not be concave in the US? If so I'd replace both of them anyways even if they weren't broken, but that's just me I guess..
