for any poor soul attempting to research a pin out for the electric VSS plug here it is
i found a couple people saying it was

groud, signal, power

but its not, i have been messing with it a couple days

if you are holding the clip in your hand, with the wires side pointing at you, and the release clip facing up it goes

1. ground (black)
2. power
3. signal

 

I think this is a 92-95 civic vss

That is how my 1992-1995 VSS speed sensor wires are.

 

Does anybody know how i can fix the wiring harness adapter that goes to the VSS? One of the pins is partially broken off.

 

Will this work? Its for a OBD1 Acura and the adapter looks the same.
