motor help!!
ok so last night i was driving home.. doing about 30.. it was raining pretty hard.. didnt think anything of it.. drove threw a puddle.. that wasent deep.. and my car stalled out.. well thought ok.. i just got something wet. ill let it sit overnight and driveit to my shop. went back today and the motor wont even turn over.. just makes a dull klunk clicking sound.. the motor is a d15b7. with a CAI and exaust on it. i have no clue what it is.. i pulled the plugs out thinking it sucked water into it.. still wont turn over.. i pulled my CAI off and there was water in it.. so i know it sucked water into the motor ..
hydro locked
probably bent/destroyed a rod or two
happened to me with the factory z6
pull that bull **** cold air intake off
as you know now...like no HP gains and water in your motor...BOOM!
hope you know how to drop in a new motor

Georgia: Altitude above see level 0-450 m and my state
The effects of the Colorado altitude are usually felt immediately upon arriving in the mountains. All excercise is harder at first. Visitors might experience heavy breathing, rapid heartbeat, fatigue, headache, nausea, or insomnia. This is normal. At 9,000 feet, each breath takes in only 70 to 80 percent of the oxygen available at sea level.
i wonder how your D series will run up here?

Epic Epic Fail
Learn your **** before youcome in shooting your mouth off, the turbo SOHC will not only clean up on your *** but because the intake air density is the same for his motor, It's drastically reduced for you, thereby his motor will make the same or nearly the same power at sea level that he would in Denver. this is why FI airplanes have higher service ceilings than NA aircraft. Tuniong will help byut there's no getting around it the air going into your engine will have less oxygen and by extension less power than the air going into his
On a side note how's it going Jeremie this seems familiar
