"it's not going to happen to me" stolen :-(
well everyone it happened to me
today after 4 years of working and saving to build my car
it was stolen from towncenter mall just outside of Atlanta GA (the only mall without cameras)
went to work at 9:45 AM and got off at 4:00 to see it was gone
i don't have any pics because truly it was ugly... well still in the making lol
but it was a 95 civic EX
d16a with minor boltons
not turbo but the reason why i posted it here is because i have been building a kit for the last 2+ years
and the FI section is where i spend most of my time feel free to move it
the only reason why my turbo wasn't installed is because i drive 88+ miles per day and i love my car
the "kit" was is a t28 for quick spool and all the other items... well yall know
sorry if I'm kinda short but I'm drunk as fucl<
it was all black with all black interior (just like i searched for)
15% tent and some black (painted) SI rims
i like the all black stealth look
truly i don't understand the whole post on the Internet that my car was stolen but i figured it might do some good for someone else to see that it can and will happen
i had no security
well... i had a sick *** security system but like 4 months ago i drooped my remote in the lake and well
no More e security.
so... I'm [freak]ed
SECURE YOUR ****!!!!!
lets just waite to see what the cops find...
in the mean time I"M DRUNK

Ugh dude, sorry to hear. I know how long you've been working for that car, at least you didn't lose the turbo and all of that stuff.

Man that sucks! I used to live in Kennesaw. Lately I have heard a lot of peoples cars getting stolen. When mine gets back on the road, I am going to carry a gun and a personal "car" guard when I leave my car at a store/venue. I guess thats what our world is coming too. Can't trust anybody! Knock on wood that haven't ever had a break in over the 3+ years I have owned my civic. Hope everything works out for you and I feel your pain

man this sux. i have a freind/customer that had his car stolen. his first car we built for him was totaled 2 weeks after we finished it. when this chic ran a stop sign. well about a week and ahalf ago he brought his new civic down from san antonio for us to do. we swapped the new motor in after refreshing everything and installing susp, turbo kit, wiring. he was happy as hell. he took the car back to san antonio and after 4 days the car was stolen.
it sux that its people in our industry who are destroying it for us. why cant people work for what they want instead of stealing stuff from someone who busted their *** to get what and where they want with their cars.
i hate seeing threads like this and stuff like this happening to us.

that sucks man. I lived in kennesaw for five years. Live in hiram now.
I had a mint condition 1994 chevy silverado sollen from in the Southern Polytechnic parking lot while i was in class. The truck only had 60k on it and it was garaged kept it's entire life. looked like it rolled off the showroom floor. not to mention it had about 2k worth of audio equipment in it. I feel you pain. it sucks.

Re: (johcamp)
well just talked to another mall employee and his 93 ex was stolen 2 weeks before Christmas
they found it in Carlton county striped 2 weeks later
however they didn't touch the b16a1 he had...
took it from the parking lot just like me...
20+ car thefts in the last year at this mall (sourced from the head of "security") and still no cameras or anything...

If your gonna get a bike, check craigslists or a motorcycle trader first. You can find ninja 250r's really cheap usually or a nicer bike.
