Default Spark plug gap - GSR motor, ITR pistons

Failed smog with high HC count...changing out plugs and was wondering what is the best spark plug gap to have with this config...Helms said for ITR - .044 and for GSR - .052...any input will be greatly appreciated.

go with the itr gap. and you might still have problems passing still. those itrs in the gsr bump up copression and will affect smog. i say get a new cat and go smog it
