are the 00 LS and 99 gsr axle's the same? I want to do a gsr swap, but I don't know if I need to buy new ones. thanks

Yes, they should work...

 

The B Series Integra Axles are all the same from 94-01 and then the 90-93 are the same. They use different half shafts (there bolted to motor; the difference being male vs. female). So if you want to use 94-01 just use those axles with that halfshaft. If you want to use 90-93 then you have to use the 90-93 halfshaft.

Sorry for the long explanation. In short yes, they'll work fine.
