Turbo --> I/C

More Turbo --> I/C

Lower I/C --> T/B

Upper I/C -- T/B

That's how it is in my car, but then again my battery is in the back.

Yes, yes and yes

The hole where the A/C lines come through stock was enlarged to accomdate the I/C piping.

The grill in the bumper had to be cut out to make way for the I/C and piping

The lower radiator support had to be flattened down to allow the bottom of the rad to slide forward. The rad sits like this " / " in the car.

I thought you didn't want large plumbing due to it causing lower pressure. Or am I mistaken.

Btw, love your setup. If I'm wrong, oh well. wanna send the predone piping over my way.

Well now with the T-25 I wan'ted 2" because of insane spool time(full 10psi by 2800)

But for my new Built ZC on the way the 2" piping will just be too restrictive.

He's prolly using the ole HF manifold + adapter plate trick. Works great and for cheap too. Make sure you port out the HF manifold tho.

I'm not using the A/C. I am just too lazy to take out the rest of the lines

The mani is a HF but I am using NO adapter plate. I drilled cutout's in the T-25 housing that match the HF and just used bolt's/nut's. Picture it like this: With only one bolt connected, you could easily slide the assembily apart. Yet with all 4 bolt's the assembily will be as strong as any other setup. Just make sure you use a good O ring gasket between the Turbo and the manifold.

6 month's of daily driving, and NO problem's.
