but they don't come with full harness, no axles, no mounts, and no shift linkage

i would recommend jdmclub, but i'm having issues with them now
i'll be going thru hondamotorsonline if i can get a hold of 'em.
just get a swap that includes full harness, shift linkage, motor, ecu, trans, axles, mounts, etc.
hondamotorsonline, jdmhondaparts both sell those
I know some one that got an sr20det from nippon.........It was priced good BUT he also received a dented oil pan, broken clips and snsors........the drive shaft was broken also.
But that could have just been him..........they seem pretty respectable to me other than that incedece.
I got mine from jdmhondaparts.com..........expensive, but perfect (other than them sending me the wrong axle)

i have to agree with a few other people with http://www.hondamotorsonline.com. Thats where I'm going to be getting my swap from, i'm thinking of going with a turbo ZC
, too many people are getting B16's and i'd rather have an engine that uses stock mounts

I got mine locally for $300, you can usually find them around for $400 from private people, otherwise places like HMO are $500 and around $300 shipping to a residental address.
Also since the original post ask about a trans, I believe they'll throw in a ZC trans for an extra $200, but depending on what car it's going in you could need axels and intermediate shaft.
this should help you out. this link is a thread about experiences with different companies selling motors. it might be useful for you to choose the company for your motor. hope it helps.

Just a note, keep your eye on thepartstrader.com, that's where I got mine, you might have to drive a little bit but sometimes it's worth it.
I'll have to say http://www.hondamotorsonline.com , I got my B16 from them, and it was in good condition. The only thing was i got the wrong axles, but they needed a rebuild anyways. I also got my jdm front end for my ef9 from them. no problems at all with them, just getting a hold of them sometimes, but thats no big deal.
yo ,imresponding to 90_civic_hatch,i have the same car(si) and bought a b16 swap from jdmhondaparts also and am having problems with my axles also and was wondering if they sent me the wrong onesit happened to you!?
I'd recommend buying your engine from someone in town who can order one. That way if something screws up, you can go talk to them face to face. As far as the clutch, i'm running a stock disc, a resurfaced flywheel, and a good used pressure plate on a ZC with I/H/E/ and an aftermarket cat. I've got about 5k miles on it and haven't had any problems with the clutch so far.
you might try, http://www.racingworks.com usually has good prices
