Default What kind of turbo should i get? 98 integra ls B18

hey, i want to turbo my 1998 acura integra ls. I know what a turbo does how it works and everything else so i don't need to know anything about that. I am just trying to find a good turbo that would fit and get the most out of my car. I have a cold air in and a full cat back exhaust Thermal do i also have to change any of that? Thanks

if you want the most out of your car you will need a set of injectors, intake, a good tune, inercooler, and a header that will bolt up to the turbo and other turbo parts. which i has a set of 550cc rc injectors and a small turbo that was just rebuilt and a wastegate for it. depending on the turbo you get ull need to change the exhaust by your manifold to hook up to the turbo.

What WHP are you looking at?

For a beginner, I would go with the greddy kit. If you feel unsafe buying a used one, I think the new ones run ~$2,500. You will need to add an intercooler + piping to the new kit I believe.

Also, a good tune is a must for reliability, and to get the most power from your car

try and get the hamster on a wheel turbo kit, **** works fine for me. getting about 35hp per pound. no tubing and turbo manifold required.

-- just slap that hampster on a wheel in your intake and you ajust the pounds by increasing pedal pressure.

GT35r....it's a dual ball bearing turbo. Have seen one on a local set-up (wild). It's pushing 630+; BUT w/built internals! NON-VTEC!!!!

Myself I have been looking to get the turbonetics turbo kit for my car but I have a DA9 but I saw some kits for DC2's and I suggest going with a kit and not buying single pieces cause its gonna be alot easier to work with.
